		<description>I think these are great tips to keep my back straight as I&#039;m really not good person about it. But it seems most of them are for tall people, not for short person like me :D. 

After I read this post, I&#039;m thinking that only thing I can do is this one- &quot;Tighten it as soon as you catch yourself not loose-y goose-y&quot;. Especially when I&#039;m sitting behind the laptop I should try to sit as straight as possible and use laptop stands, btw using laptop stand on your desk is also good one in my opinion.
